Cheryl Kehl
Master Coach
We all know what it feels like to sit in a doctor's office, collect new prescriptions, and still feel unseen. Cheryl reached that point and chose a different path, learning how faith, food, mindset, and support could work together. As a Navy veteran, licensed minister, chaplain, Certified Domestic Violence H.E.L.P. Coach, and Functional Nutrition Counselor, she blends discipline with deep compassion.
Born in New Jersey and now rooted in Jacksonville, Cheryl is a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who has survived domestic violence, health struggles, and major life transitions. Every program flows out of those experiences so you receive structured, honest coaching that honors your story, your faith, and your medical team.
Our story began when Cheryl grew weary of juggling medications and symptoms and decided to reclaim her health with God's help, Navy discipline, and practical nutrition, then turn that hard-earned wisdom into service.
We exist to walk beside adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or worn out and help them rebuild life with intention. Through coaching, reboot experiences, and mastercourses, we guide you as you reset habits, renew hope, and rediscover God-given purpose, one honest, practical step at a time.
Our work is shaped by Cheryl's service in the United States Navy, her MBA, and her years as a licensed minister and chaplain. As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Certified Domestic Violence H.E.L.P. Coach, she combines evidence-based health coaching with trauma-aware care, always honoring your doctor's plan while helping you engage your own healing.
Everything we offer flows through our core values of integrity, accountability, compassion, and faith. That means honest conversations, clear plans, and steady follow-up support. You receive coaching that respects your story and culture, collaborates with your medical team, and invites God's wisdom into each decision you make.
